Is Petla available on Android?

Petla is made for Android. Visit the Google Play listing to check availability and compatibility for your device.

How do I identify a plant?

Open Identify in Petla and take a photo or choose a suitable plant photo. Review the suggested matches and compare them with your plant.

Can I organise indoor and outdoor plants?

Yes. Gardens let you organise plants by their growing space. Free includes one garden and up to five plants; Pro supports unlimited gardens and plants.

How should I use care reminders?

Use reminders as a prompt to check your plant. Its soil, light, season and growing conditions can affect what it needs, so check the plant before watering.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Manage your Petla subscription through Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase. Your subscription screen shows its renewal and cancellation details.

My purchase is not showing in Petla. What can I do?

Check that you are using the Petla account and Google Play account associated with the purchase. Try the restore purchases option in the app. If it still does not appear, email hello@petla.uk.

I need help signing in.

Visit our sign-in help page. If you have requested a confirmation or password reset email, check your spam folder too. Contact us if you are still unable to access your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion in the app or through the account deletion page. Read the information there before submitting your request.

How can I export my data?

You can export a JSON copy of your account data from the app’s Account screen. For more information about the data Petla holds, read our Privacy Policy.

How can I report community content?

Email hello@petla.uk with the subject “Content Report”, a description of the content and a link or screenshot if possible.
